Momentan gastiert das „Traveling Lensbaby“ bei mir. Craig Strong, der Gründer von Lensbaby hat zwei originale Lensbaby Prototypen aus 2003 in Umlauf gebracht, damit viele Leute die Gelegenheit bekommen mit ihnen zu fotografieren. Es gibt eine Facebook-Gruppe in der man sich auf eine Liste setzen lassen kann um an dieses Ur-Lensbaby zu kommen und es ein paar Wochen zu testen.
So habe ich es am letzten Sonntag mit nach Münster in die Ausstellung im LWL Kunstmuseum „Turner Horror & Delight“ mitgenommen. Da wir auch in anderen Teilen des Museums waren sind nicht alle Bilder aus der Turner-Ausstellung, aber alle mit dem „Traveling Lensbaby“ 😉
Später waren wir noch in Münster unterwegs – auch da musste das „Travelling Lensbaby“ zeigen, was es kann.

Liebe Birgit, das sind mal ganz andere Fotos von dir. Mir gefallen die Münsterbilder so gut. Mit dem Objektive sieht sogar die Baustelle toll aus. Die Farbe bei den Fahrrädern ist der Hammer. Und das alte Auto! Das stand da nur für dich.

Danke für Deinen Kommentar und es freut mich sehr, dass Dir die Münsterbilder gefallen. Ist ja nicht einfach so eine „rummelige“ Stadt zu fotografieren, aber die Linse hilft Ordnung in die Unordnung zu bringen und farblich ist sie ein Traum. Das mit der Farbe hatte ich schon bei Birgit Fostervold bemerkt, als sie mit der Linse fotografiert hatte. Die findet man in der Facebook Gruppe „The Travelling Lensbabies„. Jede Linse bringt ja auch Farbe mit sich – vor allem bei den alten Linsen ist das öfter so.
Das alte Auto – das ist ein Prinzipal-Express (das lässt sich googlen) – den kann man für Rundfahrten mieten und der ist auch noch elektrisch 😉 und kam natürlich nur für mich in dem Moment vorbei 😉 Da musste ich schnell sein, denn der posiert nicht einfach.

Yes, I love also the 1.0 or the 2.0 they have also a special softness. And I love the hose of the vacuum cleaner 😉 The one of the travelling lensbaby is very rigid. The 1.0 and 2.0 or Muse are softer and I love the move you can do with these. With the composer, I do not feel so free but it is easier because the focus point stays.
Everyone can be part of the project „Travelling Lensbaby“. There are two adapter Canon EOS and Nikon F – those who have another camera need and extra adapter. And you should have strong fingers because the hose is really stiff.
